Why does he glance at me almost everyday?

Hey Guys!So every since this new guy came into my class(hes pretty cute) he just randomly will glance at me everyday! if im doing my work sometimes or listen to music! one day It looked like he was daydreaming lol but he put his hand on his face and just looked at me lolz. He glances when he hears my name too
