Whats wrong with mmy bf?

i am 17 and we have been dating for 4 years now. It started when He asked me if i want to make out nakd? Does he mean sex because he never mentioned the worf. I did notice when we kiss he would either go under my shirt or pants. Occasionally touches u know where. I know if do let him he might think im too easy and dump me. he been touching me a lot hugging touches hand etc. And he hugs pretty tightly too, and he started to act weird and sometimes all jumpy and occassionally make jokes. He gets distracted too like his daydreaming. And recently he started avoiding me except to stare at me in distance.
