What phone should I get?

My update is coming up and I'm torn. I know I want a smartphone. But I can't decide between the new Blackberry Curve, an iPhone 4 or an LG Pheonix! I won't get it until november but I like to daydream about my new phone for a few months. Which out of the three is the best? I have an old Blackberry Curve (8310) now and I like it but I hate the HTML only internet, is that fixed in the newer one (with a touch pad instead of a trackball)?
