How long before astronomy links back up with astrology and what will it be like?

When will science admit Meaning and the non-physical as necessary to Truth? When will the new age admit the necessity of scientific rigor (math, even!!) and realize that a paper written by person with 20+ years study and disciplined practice (in kabbalah, physics, yoga, biology, all-of-these, etc.) should be given more weight of consideration than a paper from a dream or daydream or wherever these new agers get their stuff?
